In 2012, during an emblematic trip to Haiti, Luca Gargano and Daniele Biondi, spirits experts (Velier), discovered the exceptional quality of the Clairin produced in this distillery. Seduced by this unexplored gem, they selected it among other producers, thus offering the whole world the opportunity to savor the pure essence of Haitian Clairin.

The rum Papalin Haiti 4 years old vintage 2022 is a unique version resulting from the assembly of 5 different Clairins rums distilled in 2017, in particular the Clairins Vaval , Sajous, Casimir and Le Rocher, as well as cane syrup rum from 2018, produced in the prestigious Port-au-Prince distillery.

These precious ingredients have been carefully aged in different barrels, including Caroni and Mount Gay rum casks, bourbon from Buffalo Trace and even cognac. This unique combination of flavors gives this rum a deeply Haitian personality, while transcending borders to delight the taste buds of spirits lovers around the world.
