Domaine Cécile Tremblay

Located in the Côte de Nuits, the Domaine Cécile Tremblay operates 4 hectares today on 7 hectares of family property, which fall on different soils : Nuits Saint-Georges to the grands crus Echezeaux and Chapelle-Chambertin .

The entire domaine is conducted in biological control (certified by Ecocert). The soil is tilled mechanically and horsed. The treatments are reasoned plot by plot and it is with sulfur that they fight against powdery mildew and with copper against mildew. They are often complemented by herbal teas to strengthen the action of copper. The vine are cutted in cordon de royat (young plants) or Guyot (old vines) . In order to control the yield and produce great wines, severe budding is done in the spring.
