Vilmart & Cie

In the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Champagne Vilmart established his vineyard in the 1890s, a few kilometers south of Reims in the small village of Rilly la Montagne.

The Vilmart & Cie domain is spread over 11 hectares of vineyards, 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Black. The soil consists of 35 years old vines on average, some are older than 50 years, exclusively for the development of the famous Cuvée de Coeur. All vintages of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes are vinified in barrels for non-vintage and parts of 225-liter oak for vintage. This sublimes the elegance of the wines of Champagne from this domain.
