Domaine Saint-Jacques

The Domaine Saint-Jacques is located at Domaine Rully, in the heart of the coast Chalonnaise in Burgundy.

The domain Saint-Jacques takes its name from Saint-Jacques de Compostela. It was once a house that received the pilgrims during their long journey. The Romanesque cellars date back to the 13th century, and the traditional winery of the 18th century  

The vineyard consists mainly of 1er Cru plots. Wishing to respect the environment and the quality of its wines, Christophe Grandmougin practices sustainable agriculture. The vines have an average age of 40 years, and the harvest is done by hand. Winemaking is traditionally performed to maintain the quality of each product vintages.

Awards : The 2014 Bettane and Desseauve Guide indicates high quality production, which can serve as a reference in its sector.
