Olive oil – Le Trebbiane, by Frantoio Franci 500ml
Le Trebbiane is an olive oil made in Toscana, in italy by Frantoio Franci, o nthe hills of Montenero d'Orcia. This extra virgin olive oil is a blended of different type of olives : 40% of Frantoio, 40% of Leccino, 10% of Moraiolo, et 10% of Olivastra. The harverst, hand-made, is generally bewteen the 1st and the 20th of November. The olive oil « Le Trebbiane » is clear and filtered. Its color is green with a medium fluidity, with some golden hints.
The nose is fresh, with elegant scents of fruits and spices, of artichoke and with some light herbaceous notes. The taste is ample and harmonious, extremely complex, with some notes of bittered green olive, of artichoke, with a long and spicy finish.
The Olive oil Le trebbiane will perfectly match with a Carpaccio of tunan, un seafood gratin, a grilled meat, or even a old and tasty cheese. It will accompany perfectly your salads, bruschetta and dip.
