Description
Its terroir is made up of black marl and superimposed layers of clay and limestone. This composition of the soil, together with the exposure that this terroir benefits from and its marked inclination, make this plot exceptional. Detected by Vincent and Thierry Buzzo, they manage to transmit during vinification, the expression of a single plot.
This single-plot red wine with silky tannins offers captivating bouquets of spices over time. Minustellu, traditionally grown in southern Corsica, is a discreet grape variety but rich in polyphenols which gives this wine a pretty purple color.
