Distilled in a Pot Still, with a long fermentation carried out with natural yeasts and spring water only, without adding sugar or coloring, this rum is a product with authentic character and intact purity.
Aged 5 years in bourbon barrels under a tropical climate and presenting an angel share of more than 34%, its name “The Younger” should not be trusted: despite its relatively young age, this molasses rum bottled at 47% ensures already a high concentration !
This LROK vintage molasses rum (acronym for Light Rum Owen Kelly) is a light and gourmet rum that combines the freshness of a young rum and the aromatic intensity due to its aging under the tropics.
