Discover excellence among the agricultural white rums of Guadeloupe with this Rhum Rhum PMG. Rhum Rhum is a brand created on the initiative of Luca Gargano (Vélier), it is the result of a collaboration with Gianni Capovilla, undisputed master in the art of distilling eaux-de-vie.

Description

In 2004, Luca Gargano undertook a trip to Marie-Galante accompanied by Gianni Capovilla. The objective of this journey is to convince the latter to create the best agricultural rum in the world from these exceptional varieties of sugar cane.

Wonderful by this challenge, Gianni Capovilla enthusiastically accepted and decided to install a first still at the Bielle distillery in 2005, followed by a second in 2007. These facilities, now based at Père Labat, allowed the rebirth of this now legendary white rum, adored by connoisseurs, and which truly embodies the very essence of sugar cane in all its purity and authenticity.

The secret to making the brand's rums is this mythical Müller still, which offers double distillation with ironing.

The Rhum Rhum PMG is an agricultural rum, made from pure fresh cane juice, slowly fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and then distilled over a bain-marie with these famous copper stills. A reduction allowed it to reach the titration of 56°.

Its undeniable quality has seduced the most demanding palates, and this cuvée was crowned with a Gold Medal at the prestigious Concours Général Agricole de 2015, thus testifying to its recognition among the best rums on the market.

Let yourself be seduced by this cane concentrate, a real taste gem that will delight your senses. Also discover the other rums from Guadeloupe selected for you by World Grand Crus.
