The Maison de Champagne Pertois-Lebrun invites us to discover the vineyard of the Côte des Blancs and its typicality through its emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay. The Chardonnays that make up this great Blanc de Blancs come from the terroirs of Chouilly and Mesnil-sur-Oger, two towns classified Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs.

This cuvée is aged in oak barrels and on its own yeasts with a minimum aging of 7 years. It was bottled in 60 copies only in Magnum format and dosed Extra-Brut at 2 g/litre.
