The Maison de Champagne Pertois-Lebrun invites us to discover the vineyard of the Côte des Blancs and its typicality through its emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay. The Chardonnays that make up this great Blanc de Blancs come from the terroirs of Chouilly, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oiry, three towns classified Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs.
This cuvée has aged ageing for a minimum of 7 years on slats. It was bottled in 50 copies only in Magnum format and dosed Extra-Brut at 2 g/litre.
