Description
Distilled in a Pot Still, with a long fermentation carried out with natural yeasts and spring water only, without added sugar or coloring, this rum is an authentic character product. The marriage of ripe fruit, spicy and phenolic notes gives it a typical profile and places it as a worthy representative of Pure Single Jamaican Rums.
Formerly producing rums for bottlers, this 8-year-old Hampden, bottled at 46%, marks a new era and the emancipation of the Hampden Estate distillery, which now produces under its own name!
