Through its two special cuvées called Constellation, the prestigious Distillerie Longueteau pays tribute to navigators who were guided at night by the stars.
This Longueteau Vieux comes from the previous cuvée Constellation White 2018, part of which was aged for 4 years in French oak barrels, formerly cognac barrels.
This old agricultural rum is a blend of 3 plots of red cane from the plantations of the Domaine du Marquisat de Sainte-Marie. Bottled at 50% in only 3000 numbered bottles, this Longueteau Constellation Vieux reveals a frank attack on the notes of dried fruits which quickly gives way to the finesse and elegance of the woody notes. It offers a gourmet finish with notes of exotic fruits and flambéed banana.
