Description
This molasses rum from Barbados is a blend of rums aged 14 years in ex-bourbon and sherry oak casks with traditional still and column distillation. Bottled in November 2021 at 62%, this rum has not undergone any cold filtration, coloring or addition of sugar like all the other rums from this distillery.
Its name Sovereignty is a nod to November 30, 2021, the date on which Barbados freed itself from the British crown.
The Foursquare Sovereignty rum is the result of a production in very limited quantities!
