Distilled in a Pot Still, with a long fermentation carried out with natural yeasts, spring water only, without adding sugar or coloring, this rum is a product with authentic character and intact purity.
Aged for 11 years in bourbon barrels, it offers an intense aromatic bouquet marked by the famous esters, with notes of roasted pineapple, typical of Jamaican rums, and the buttery and caramelized flavors of exceptional old rums.
