AREA: 13 hectares
SOIL: limestone with flint, sandy loam and pebbles
AGE OF THE VINEYARD: 80 years
GRAPES: Grenache 64% - 13% Mourvèdre - 12% Syrah - Cinsault - Cournoise - black Terret - Vaccarèse - Muscadin

VINIFICATION: rigorous sort of the harvest. Maceration 15-21 days with temperature control. . Stemming, power cuts and trappings for a rational extraction of tannins. Matured for 18 months in concrete vats and oak barrels.

TASTING: fortified wine in every sense of the term, combining the sweetness of force and roundness to power. There is a veritable potpourri of fruity flavors (black currant, cherry, raspberry, cherry and strawberry). A very tasty matter, silky and ripe tannins. Flavors of blackberry and cinnamon notes and roasting cocoa beans in vanilla final.
