Olive Oil – Delicate 2013 by Frantoio Franci, 500ml

The Delicate 2013, produced in Tuscany by Frantoio Franci, on the hill of Montenero d’Orcia, Montalcino and in Val d’Orcia, is one of the best extra virgin olive oil in the World. This amazing Olive oil is made from the “Frantoio”, “Moraiolo” and “Leccino” Olive. The harvest, from 20th of October to 10th of November, is hand picked. The olive oil appears clear and filtered, of a medium fluidity. The color is golden yellow with green hints.
The nose is delicate and aromatic, with elegant notes of artichoke, herbs and almond.
The taste is rich and full, with tones of celery, artichoke, thistle and final sweet almond. Moderate bitterness and spiciness.


Ideally drizzled on all fish dishes, such as appetizers, fish carpaccio, seafood salads, marinades, roasted or grilled fish, soups, shellfish. Excellent on raw ovoli mushrooms and fresh cheese. Also ideal to prepare mayonnaise and baking products.
